Congratulations to our barista and team Buffee in the recent Hong Kong barista championship 2025 and marked 7th place in the semi- final round, giving it’s the first time competing and entering the barista championship competition, we are delightful to serve the HKBC Competition coffee tasting + sharing on this sunday 16/11.

Participants will get:

· full competition set
· 50g competition beans

Sharing session (1.5hrs)
Alongside with our head barista + coach Ted Tse ( 2024 HK cup taster champion )

- Green bean sourcing sharing
- Roasting curve design mindset
- Preparation and challenges throughout
- 3 courses design mindset
- Schedule of roasting & finalising workflow
- How to maximise training efficiency with competitor and the team

Buffee cafe and bakery作為本地咖啡烘焙店，秉持「為日常加Buff」的理念，讓咖啡不止是提神，更是靈感的開端。這份對創意與生活的熱誠，與 PMQ Coffee Agenda「支持本地創意精神」不謀而合。
今年Buffee亦首度參展，帶來滿滿本地風味，慶祝這場本地咖啡界年度盛事。
