The paper and pencil can come later…for now we’ll be working on other activities like this to practice handwriting! Sandpaper letter and sand tracing….I love this combo for working on correct path of movement & muscle memory when writing letters! ✨Trace the letter yourself, showing them where to start and how to correctly form the letter ✨They trace the letter, watch to make sure they are starting at the right spot ✨Then they draw it in the sand! Making a small dot in the sand to show them where to start the letter is really helpful And of course his favorite part was shaking the box so the letter disappeared! If you’re working on writing letters at home, give this a try!
