Caratal Deliverance Assembly

On behalf of Pastor Theo Browne-Billy, of the Caratal Deliverance Assembly in Georgetown and the diaspora, we mourn the loss of a devoted woman of God, Deaconess Cordila Scott. It is a heavy burden, but it is often lightened by the deep faith and legacy that she leaves behind for us.

Proverbs 31:26 “She opens her mouth with wisdom, and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue.”

Today, we mourned a tower of strength of a woman, one who wears several caps. She served faithfully in her church and still finds time to join us during our online Bible study on Wednesday evenings.

Ms. Scott served as a district overseer for the women's group at her church. She was also an Evangelist. When it's time to pray, the Warrior inside of her take over (A PRAYER WARRIOR).

She had a soup kitchen that caters for children in her community during the summer break period of June to July when students are on vacation. Miss Scott served her community, her church and God well.

We honor the impactful life and the spiritual seeds she planted and know that it can provide profound comfort during this difficult transition.

Proverbs 31:31 says, “Honor her for all that her hands have done, and let her works bring her praise at the city gate.”

We remember her not just for her passing, but for the life she lived, the wisdom she shared, and her unwavering devotion to her faith

We rejoice because she gave us so much during her life with us and we praise God that her life of no pain, no concerns, no doubts, and no lack of understanding has begun.

“Therefore you now have sorrow; but I will see you again and your heart will rejoice, and your joy no one will take from you.” John 16:22

We did not just loose another church goer but one that was mighty, who did not allow challenges to take over. We will cry and we will mourn and we know that with God her soul will Rest in Eternal Peace.

To a woman of STRENGTH and a woman of FAITH we celebrate today with you, you virtuous woman (Proverbs 31)! We sing praise of thanksgiving to God for putting you in our pathway to lead us home to you Lord. We rejoice because today is your day of celebrations. Happy happy Birthday Pastor do have yourself a marvelous day today.

To a vibrant, beautiful and kind soul. You may be small but we have already experienced what is to know you. Vicky we have known you when you visit with your parents and sister but you are 1 of the sunshine that we have come to know. We love you also and we adore your vibrant spirit. Have yourself a wonderful birthday today.
