2.) QUESTION wether the activities that remain can be done more efficiently.

3.) EXPLORE alternative approaches, such as outsourcing tasks.

Maximize Efficiency-🗣🗣

1.) IDENTIFY the 20 percent of activities that are most efficient. Assess what factors make them successful.

2.) EXPLORE wether any of the identified measures can be applied to the less productive activities.

3.) PRIORITIZE the small number of activities that produce more.
