This includes incorporating biophilic design elements, such as natural light and greenery, as well as using non-toxic, sustainable materials to improve indoor air quality.

Breeze block elements—allow for natural ventilation and light while creating cooler, more comfortable interiors, especially in warmer climates.

In collaboration with Design Realization, we had the privilege of redesigning this listed building in central Athens, blending timeless elegance with modern sophistication. The project required a delicate approach—preserving the building’s historical significance while introducing contemporary elements that complement its heritage.
