Με τη γνωστή πλούσια, βαθιά νόστιμη και διακριτικά πικάντικη γεύση, σε αυτό το μενού τη φτιάχνουμε με ένα ζυμαρικό που φέραμε αποκλειστικά από την Ιταλία, τη gramigna. Είναι ζυμαρικό από την Bologna, μικρό και σγουρό και «αγκαλιάζει» τέλεια τη salsa.
