Accepting Responsibility

Most people blame their inadequacies on their education, their qualification, the boss, the company, the economy, the government, their families, their friends, the neighborhood in which they grew up. As human beings we are all geniuses at justification. We are all brilliant at justifying being exactly as we are. Unfortunately, once you justify being as you are, this becomes your excuse. You will probably hang on to the same excuse for the rest of your life.
Unfortunately, the price we pay for justification is staying exactly as we are. If we do not change, but stay as we are, the penalty is that we stay where we are. If we want to move forward in life then we have to change in some way.
