DEVOTIONAL MORNING
MONDAY 16 FEB
THEME: POWER TO WORK THE WORKS
VL OLIVIA
Scripture:
*Psalm 110-3: Your people shall be willing in the day of Your power*
Welcome to our month of POWER TO WORK THE WORKS. This is not just a declaration of strength, but a call to divine enablement. God does not only desire that we believe—He empowers us to act, to manifest, and to produce results that reflect His kingdom.
Power in the kingdom of God is not passive. It is released for purpose. Jesus said in John 14:12, “The works that I do shall you do also, and greater works than these…”
This means God’s power is given so that His people can work the works of God—works of faith, love, obedience, excellence, and impact.
Psalm 110:3 reminds us that when God releases His power, His people become willing. Power fuels obedience. Power births boldness. Power turns availability into productivity.
God’s power precedes God’s works – You are not expected to struggle in your own strength.
Willingness activates power – A yielded heart attracts divine enablement.
Power is for impact, not display – It is given to advance God’s purpose in your life, work, ministry, and relationships.
Prayer
Father, in this month of POWER TO WORK THE WORKS, I receive divine strength. Make me willing in the day of Your power. Empower me to do Your will, to walk in obedience, and to produce works that glorify You. I refuse weariness and fear. I step into grace, boldness, and spiritual effectiveness. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Morning Devotional
Theme: Power to work the works.
HE Sammy
2 Timothy 1:10 KJV But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:
1Ti 6:16 KJV Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen.
Friends and family, this scripture is just full of remarkable life changing truth only if you consider it's words.
The first scripture says Christ has abolished death. The word abolished *kartageo* used means to render idle, unemployed. What does it mean?
Death still exist that's why people still die but it's power is rendered idle, unemployed.
satan didn't create death, death existed when God told Adam he will die as a result if he eats the fruit of the tree. satan got power of death because of the law, and now that Christ amended the broken law or crime, death has become ineffective.
But the issue is, not to every one has that life. To live in the deathless zone, you need to have access to light.
The word *brought* in the verse is *photizo* which is to give light. There's is so much power available, divine life and Adamic authority and power over earth. But you need to access the knowledge of yourself and everything. If you see things like everyone in the world sees it, you cannot change the game. See things as how God sees them. Use the right mirror, in the true light, to see the true image, and unleash that potent energy to work the works.
2 Corinthians 3:18, James 1:23-25, John 8:32, Hosea 4:6.
Free from the decay of sickness, poverty, shame, failures, lack of vision and sight, fear.
The Key ; Isaiah 29:11,12.( has nothing to do with us or our level but the author) = Luke 11:13. Why? =1 John 2:27,20.
God bless us, as we grow and continue in understanding of His truth and Power in Jesus name. Amen.
