Today, finishing the race well might not mean prison, but it will mean pressure. Pressure to compromise, to stay silent, to fit in. Every small act of obedience is a lap run well. You finish your race well by dying daily. So run your race. Not in fear, but in hope. Not in your strength, but in His. Endurance and keep your eyes on the crown of life.

Confirmation requires motion. Too many of us are waiting for God to confirm something while we are sitting still in fear. The disciples did not wait for the signs to appear before they got to work; they left, and then the signs showed up. When you act on the Word, God acts on the miracle. You cannot have the confirmation without first having the Word going forth.

The authority of Jesus’ name is available to all who trust Him, not just Apostles, not just Pastors, nor some "super-saints". The early church didn’t have buildings, budgets, or political power, but they had a name; and that name turned the world upside down. In who's name or under what authority, are you doing this life?
