NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT

Dear Esteemed Guest,

We hope this message finds you well.

The Alpha Ladies Club wishes to inform you that our Cooking Competition and Community Food Outreach, originally scheduled for Saturday, 20th June 2026, has been postponed to Saturday, 12th September 2026.

This decision was made by the Project Committee with the approval of the Board following the sudden demise of the husband of one of our members. As an organization that values family and community, we believe it is important to take time to mourn with and support the bereaved family during this difficult period.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause and appreciate your understanding. We remain excited about hosting this unique community event and look forward to welcoming you on the new date.

Thank you for your continued support, encouragement, and willingness to be part of this initiative. Your presence and contribution to the success of our programs are greatly valued.

We look forward to seeing you on 12th September 2026.
