Baobab Microfinance Company Ltd (BMC) was incorporated as a limited liability company on 23rd April, 2008 and commenced business on 24th April, 2008 to address the inadequate access to financial services for micro and small-scale businesses particularly owned and operated by women in Northern Ghana.
