Job Title: Service Engineer (West Africa)

Location: Based in Ghana, with travel throughout West Africa.

About Us:

Role Overview:
We seek a Field Service Engineer to support our Industrial Solutions sales in Sub-Saharan Africa. This role involves performing site surveys, managing project proposals, conducting routine service tasks, and collaborating with sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial site surveys and prepare proposals.
- Manage installation and commissioning of equipment.
- Perform scheduled service and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with sales teams and provide technical support.

Requirements:
- Engineering degree or relevant experience.
- Experience in water treatment or minerals processing.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
- Electrical/Electrotechnical workman’s permit and valid driving license.
