Everyone has self doubts but how do you overcome that?
1. Trust in your skills. You just didn't become you, you repeatedly trained yourself to be where you are. Thing about been so good at something is that when you are even nervous you can still do it with your eyes closed. Your brain and body knows your job too well, they will do what they have always done.
2. Look at your past achievements. Sometimes you need to look back to recognise how far you have come. That alone is a living proof you are more than capable.
3. Speak good affirmations to yourself. When the bad voices are rising shut it down with positive affirmations. Speak it even if you don't believe it. Speak it till you start listening to the words. Speaking affirmations works
4. Be around people who uplift you. At such a fragile time, choose positive people to hang out with, people whose energy will rub on you. Could be friends, family or even a stranger u read about.
5. Pray. Sometimes you need to feed your spirit with what it needs to match up to your body. Having faith in God makes you realise its not only by your strength, you believe in a higher force that helps you through life so doesn't matter how bad, poor, uneducated or whatever you perceive in your mind creating self doubt is, God chooses the last to be the first.
