We are excited to share yet another impactful story from Avedzi, a suburb of Juapong in the North Tongu District.
In this video, we celebrate the remarkable progress of some of the young ladies (LMAs) who have successfully harvested their six-week-old broilers โ a truly inspiring milestone that reflects dedication, resilience, and the growing potential within our communities.
The video also highlights the support and encouragement from community leaders such as Pastor Prince Klu, who has witnessed firsthand the transformative impact this initiative is making in the lives of young women and youth.
Inspired by the progress achieved so far, Agro Innova Ltd and FILMA GHANA continue to reach more LMAs, thereby expanding the sustainability of this life-changing initiative.

๐ Agro Innova Ltd continues to deepen its footprint in the Volta Region of Ghana, with targeted support to over 1,000 young female poultry in the South Tongu District. ๐ฉโ๐ฆฐ๐๐ฅ
๐ค Through this intervention, beneficiaries have received essential production inputs including day-old chicks, feeders, drinkers, heat lamps, quality feed, and veterinary drugs โ equipping them with the resources needed to improve productivity and build sustainable poultry business. ๐ฅ๐๐๐พ
๐ This expansion reflects our broader vision: to position the as a leading poultry hub in , with the vision to support 10,000 young female farmers and youth, and create over 10,000 jobs in the Volta Region. By and with the right tools, training, and market access, we are not only providing jobs and making lives better, but also contributing to national efforts to reduce the countryโs reliance on imported poultry products.
