At Bonobo Concept Store, we believe in creating opportunities and building talent from the ground up.

We proudly welcome apprentices with little or no prior experience and provide them with hands-on training in our workshop. Through mentorship, dedication, and practical learning, they develop the skills needed to become valuable members of our team.

Our apprenticeship program prepares individuals for full-time roles in key areas of furniture production, including carpentry, welding, finishing, spraying, and upholstery.

By investing in people and craftsmanship, we are not only creating premium furniture made in Ghana — we are also helping shape the next generation of skilled artisans.
