The Summerville Campus of Augusta University held a dedication ceremony for two new 45' tall deodar cedar trees to replace fallen trees. The pictured tree replaces Georgia's largest deodar cedar that was destroyed by Hurricane Helene in 2024. The Sand Hills Garden Club and the Community Foundation for the CSRA partnered with Augusta University to install the new trees. The weather was perfect for the occasion!
