We could never earn our way into the presence of God.
No amount of effort, religion, or good works could wash away sin or make us worthy on our own. That’s why Jesus came. The cross became the place where mercy met us fully.
“How can a sinful man
Come into Your presence
It’s only through the sacrifice
Poured out by Jesus.”
This is the beauty of the gospel. We are not saved by striving. We are welcomed through His sacrifice alone 🤍

Grace is not something we achieve. It is something we receive.
We did not cleanse ourselves, heal ourselves, or save ourselves. Jesus made the way through His mercy, and now by faith we can come near without fear or shame.
“By His grace I have been cleansed
And by faith I enter in.”

The cross was not symbolic. It was personal.
Jesus did not just suffer physically, He willingly carried the full weight of sin so we could be forgiven, restored, and brought near to God.
