15 years ago. I walked in on these same halls, I started working in the food industry, so many long nights , tired and exhausted nights.. Weekends and Holidays always meant I have to be away from Family and the things I loved to do. Don’t get me wrong, I learned a lot and I lived a life full of experiences I learned from. After the trouble I got back then, the restaurant welcomed me back like nothing happened and help me get back to my feet. Now, as I bow out.. counting the last hours and last minutes.. I’m proud to say that I’m now quitting as a server.. Full time IT, here we go.. 🫡 to another fruitful decade as I start a new chapter.. Goodbye to Hibachi!
