[TRAVEL PACKING] How early do you pack for a trip? ✈️
I’m usually packed 10 days to 2 weeks before I leave 😅 I organize everything with packing cubes and even plan out what I’m wearing each day.
No wrong answers — just curious what everyone’s best practices are 🙂 GO!
[arch EATS] Tried Lotus of Siam Thai — decent Thai spot off the Strip with reasonable prices, but not a place I’d go out of my way for.
The khao suey was the highlight and definitely worth ordering. Basil rolls were solid too. The spicy basil tofu, though, was disappointing — small portion, lacking flavor, and missing the gravy/sauce that usually makes the dish hit.
Overall: decent meal, but not a must-eat in Vegas. I’d probably skip it next time and stick to stronger options on the Strip.
[arch EATS] Vegas dining review 🍜✨
Finally checked out Hakkasan in Vegas after really loving the Miami location… and honestly, this one just didn’t hit the same.
The vegetarian dumplings were easily the standout dish — flavorful, delicate, and actually memorable. The green beans were solid too, but everything else felt pretty average. The fried rice especially was surprisingly bland for a spot with this much hype.
Vegas has WAY too many incredible food options to settle for just “okay,” and for me this one lands firmly in the skip category. Save your appetite (and wallet) for some of the better gems around the city instead.
Have you tried Hakkasan Vegas? Did I order wrong or is the Miami location just superior? 👀
