Friday we are roasting chickens, we have Lemon Pepper, Classic Deli, Jerk and Tandoori, limited numbers available, expected size EC$40-50. They marinate overnight to make sure they are flavorful, then slow roast in the rotisserie machine to ensure a juicy succulent chicken.
