This week marks 9 years since I took over EssentialsMAG - and what an incredible journey it’s been!

I honestly couldn’t have imagined just how much I would learn. From running a publication company, managing accounts and customer relations, to building marketing and sales strategies, it’s been a constant (and exciting!) learning curve.

One of the biggest joys has been building and nurturing relationships with customers, businesses, organisations and residents - so many have supported the magazine from the very beginning, and some have become lovely friends along the way.

I’ve also grown an amazing distribution team of 50 people - a little army of magazine distributors (mostly young people!), who I genuinely couldn’t do this without. Their hard work is what keeps everything moving each month.

But most of all, it’s been an absolute pleasure - challenging at times, yes - but always rewarding and never boring!

Here’s to 9 years of being part of EssentialsMAG’s 21-year story - and to everything still to come!

Thank you all for your continued help and support. 🥰
