I have a good life. A career I care about, people I love and lots to be grateful for.

But some of the times I’ve felt most alive have been when I've pushed myself out of my comfort zone. Joining Toastmasters, standing on a high ropes course, travelling somewhere new.

How many other people feel the same? Not unhappy, but aware there is more life to be lived?

I was meant to be hosting the launch of Life Learning Lab event this week, but I’ve decided to postpone it due to lower than hoped uptake.

Whilst being obviously disappointed, I know I'll be talking about this at some point. Explaining that things don't always go to plan, but with such lovely supporters, you can always go again.

Over the coming months, I’m focusing on starting to build a community online that will form part of our summer come back 🌟
