3 things a day that were nice/good/happy/made you smile then at the end of the week read them again.
Essays, money, work, unfair? (Not necessarily). Stuff happens and some you can do nothing about it - like sitting on the bank of a flooding river: fast moving world where you darn't get in unless you drown. Sit on the bank; watch things rush past in its rush and think..."ok, it's tuff but I know I can get through this".

Instead of 100% or your soul dedicated to a thing you are spending at least 40% of it 'wondering' and 'guessing' - what a waste!
