If I could give one piece of advice to anyone starting their weight loss journey, it would be this: don’t stop. Keep going 🩷
The early stages can be frustrating. You’re making better choices, showing up for yourself, building new habits and staying consistent… yet when you look in the mirror, it can feel like nothing is happening.
But that’s exactly why I love the toilet roll theory ✨
When a toilet roll is full, taking off a few sheets barely changes how it looks. But as it gets smaller, every sheet removed becomes much more noticeable.
Fat loss works the same way.
The changes don’t always show up straight away, but that doesn’t mean progress isn’t happening. Every workout, every walk, every balanced meal is bringing you closer to your goal.
The beginning isn’t where most people see the results.
It’s where they build them. 🩷💪🏽

Honestly, I’m riddled with anxiety posting this, but it’s important.
I care deeply about every woman who joins my coaching, and my policies aren’t there to make things difficult they’re there to give you the best possible chance of achieving lasting results.
Coaching isn’t a quick fix. Real change takes time, commitment, consistency and trust from both sides.
