Finished in Fassa Bortolo Fassacouche in the elegant new Dover White, this property now showcases a clean, timeless aesthetic that perfectly complements its architecture. The soft tone adds a level of sophistication that truly elevates the entire façade.

Internally, we installed a cementitious liquid screed across the entire ground floor, laid over an underfloor heating system—ensuring both performance and comfort.

We’re looking forward to revealing the final photography and showcasing this transformation in its best light.

Next phase:
Safeguarding the first metre around the property to prevent concrete or clay splashes, ensuring the new render is protected for the upcoming hard landscaping works.

With some projects restricted by low floor depths, and only a handful of liquid screeds suitable from 20mm over UFH, this renovation screed provides the ideal solution.

Minimum application thickness: 3mm ✅

Machine mixed & pumped Mapei 3240 fibre-reinforced screed, installed at varying depths from 5–18mm.

What was once a run-down render system applied over a failed substrate has now been completely transformed.

We carefully carried out Helifix structural reinforcement to the failed outer layer of blockwork, ensuring a solid and lasting foundation before rendering.

The client chose a monocouche finish in pure white Bianchissimo, which perfectly complements the property’s character while adding long-lasting curb appeal. Band detailing was also installed, seamlessly tying the new render into the adjoining lower brick slip system.

Alongside the rendering works, we supplied and installed liquid screed throughout the ground floor, delivering a smooth, high-quality finish ready for the next stage.
