Avoid Tennis Elbow & Play Pain-Free! 🏌️♂️🎾
Feeling pain on the outside of your elbow after a round of golf? It could be Tennis Elbow! 😬 This common issue in amateur golfers is caused by poor swing mechanics, grip tension, and overuse.
🚨 Why Does This Happen?
1️⃣ Swing Mechanics – The “chicken wing” (bending your lead elbow too much during follow-through) puts extra stress on your elbow tendons.
2️⃣ Grip Issues – Holding the club too tightly causes tension in the forearm, leading to strain.
3️⃣ Overuse – Practicing too much without rest and recovery increases the risk of injury.
💡 How to Prevent It:
✅ Fix Your Swing – Work with a coach to improve mechanics & reduce elbow stress.
