What a day out with this crew yesterday!
This is what fitness is all about, pushing yourself and seeing what you’re actually capable of!
It’s usually a lot more than what you give yourself credit for.

The people who stay fit for life don’t train in seasons.
They train because it’s part of who they are.
Summer doesn’t stop them.
Holidays don’t stop them.
Life doesn’t stop them.
There’s no finish line in fitness.
Just a lifelong commitment to looking after yourself.

7 months between these two photos.
I’m not usually one for before-and-afters, but this is a great example of what happens when you focus on the right things.
Luke didn’t turn his life upside down to get this result.
He built it one habit at a time.
First, he made showing up a non-negotiable.
Then he improved his nutrition in a way that fit around his lifestyle.
No obsession.
There has been injuries, setbacks, and life has got in the way..
The difference is, he didn’t let one bad week become one bad month.
He got straight back to the habits he’d built.
That’s what real transformation looks like.
Not perfection.
Just consistently becoming a little better than you were yesterday.
This is what consistency looks like. 🙌
Turning up when you don’t feel like it.
Making better choices more often.
Stacking small wins, week after week.
Real change doesn’t happen in 12 weeks.
It happens when showing up becomes part of who you are.

Last Saturday I completed the 7 summits of the Mournes barefoot with an amazing group of people.
A challenge I genuinely thought was beyond me.
It reminded me that most of our limitations are self-imposed.
The things we tell ourselves we can’t do are often just beliefs, not facts.
Commit.
Challenge yourself.
Put yourself out there.
