We're back in Upminster for our next event but this time we have a Holistic, Wellness and Healing theme.

Come and join us to explore health and nutrition, spiritual and mindfulness with pure retail therapy.

We will also have a host of talks on the stage ranging from healing yourself, understanding crystals, menopause chat and even a laughing yoga session. These talks will help you increase your knowledge and giving you a chance to have any questions answered.
