A spotlight on: Daytime Espresso Martini.
For a group of contemporary Chinese restaurants, we created our take on the classic espresso martini, lightening up what is typically quite a heavy drink, taking it from night to day. We start with coffee and cacao liqueur, less heavy than espresso, but still brings that deep flavour, dark rum for sweetness and depth, and sweetened oat milk poured over ice.
Think of it as a boozy iced latte.
