9am – 5pm
Loads of stalls, street food, and us bringing the heat as usual.

📍 Sunday – Denbies Food Village Spring Fair (Dorking)
11am – 4pm
Free entry, loads of local producers, tastings everywhere… basically a dangerous place to turn up hungry.

📍 Sunday – Catford Food Market
Adenmore Road, Catford (London Borough of Lewisham)
10am – 4pm
Street food, local traders, and plenty of reasons to leave with more than you planned.

Come down, try the sauces, have a chat, and stock up.
Returning customers already know the deal… new ones, brace yourselves.

Cooking a personal favourite of mine, Birdy Verdé 🌶️🔥

Damn jalapeños are expensive at the moment, and don’t even start me on fresh tomatillos 😅 They’re a pain to get in the UK, so we’ve been using tinned ones and having a crack at growing our own this year 🌱

I started germinating 72 seeds a few weeks ago and have only killed 10 seedlings so far… which for me is basically a win 😂

I was never a very successful chilli farmer, but with the rising costs of produce, needs must 💸

Anyway, let’s see what happens 🤞
