Peer-2-Peer with a Beer ?

I have had a few messages this week about the Peer-Peer Session at our 90 Day Planning Event on June 13th at W Edinburgh Hotel. It is always the most fun, inspirational, creative and awe-inspiring part of the day. So what is it that we do???

In groups of 4 or 5 business owners and leaders we each take 15 minutes to get the feedback, experiences and ideas on our biggest challenge and biggest opportunity. That’s 5 business leaders who will have faced a lot of the same challenges as you, focus all their experiences and creativity on your business.

It’s a great short cut to success when a peer says, ‘I have done this before – I recommend this’ but sometimes it’s a perspective of someone completely out with your industry and geography who simply asks, ‘Why do you do that? Have you ever thought of this?’ Those fresh eye questions can change the game! It’s an amazing 2 hours to be part of.

And of course, conversations about other businesses can also help yours and the conversations don’t stop when the session ends. Emails and WhatsApps continue after the event to ensure all best practice and great ideas are shared.

As for the Beer ? It’s well earned on the rooftop bar at the end of the day.
