Sadly all good things come to a end.

I have made a decision to close Cooks mobile mechanic

This is due to unfortunate health issues

My contacts have been passed to the new party who will take this over. Any over due amounts will need to be paid by end of the week as after this point they will be owed to the new party.

Sadly this Audi decided to stop pumping oil to the engine due to a failed oil pump. Had just been serviced a few weeks ago and a dealer decided to turn off the low oil pressure light! One dead seized engine

Customer rear locking mechanism was not working causing the central locking to not engage and car a non starter as ecu believed boot was open. New genuine parts ordered, fitted and car back to being secure and able to run.

When a customer you never have met before had a issue and was misdiagnosed by another mechanic and you get it back on the road and fixed correctly - No better feeling

BMW in for a quick check over.

Caliper pipe damaged from a inpact, quick rebuild and its back on the road.

More late night brake pad changes today. Brake pads should NOT be wearing in this way. Always make sure the person working on your cars are qualified. A unnecessary cost for this customer sadly
