Finally got round to completing this workshop today. Another excellent course from ChoreographyToGo . Fantastic content and very easy to navigate as always. I did the mat version when it was released and use that all the time! Hoping this will be just as useful- learnt stuff to help me in my own practice too!

Woohoo! 🎉🎉🎉 months of work has paid off. Today I passed my Fitness Pilates reformer course and can now offer group and 1:1 sessions.
Thanks to , and for more excellent training. I always feel confident and able to teach after your trainings. Such amazing quality. Back for more soon I'm sure. 😊

Sundays are the best. 🫶✨️ Pilates under the canopy with and is the perfect way to start the day. Spiky and squishy balls today- long bands coming in next week.
Followed by Yoga - today's theme was pruning bad habits. 🥰
