One far-right attacker was arrested; zero arrests made against Stand Up To Racism’s protesters.

One lone man was arrested for attacking our anti-racism march just after we set off. One of our marchers was injured.

We heard of no arrests made at any protest besides that one. Not sure what this is about?

The organiser of the “family friendly” march compared immigrants to invasive species. That’s N**i rhetoric.

In recent days, there have been provocations in our community, particularly at our site in Sutton, with attempts to divide and incite fear. We know that moments like this can feel heavy and isolating, and we want to remind our community that you are not alone. Our commitment is unwavering: to hold space, to offer sanctuary, and to lead with compassion and unity.

This is who we are. This is who we will always be.
