Giving the ladies a shout out today one of our PKA legends The Punisher Kathy Long , only kickboxing defeat came in Muay Thai rules against Master Toddy’s UK top fighter Lisa Howarth. Kathy also competed in boxing and lost only one bout on points and in MMA undefeated where she trained with the legends Judo Gene Le Bell and Gokor Chivichyan who trained UFC/WWE star Rowdy Rhonda Rousey. Kathy also commentated on the very first ever UFC show in 1993 alongside Bill Superfoot Wallace. So whenever you say to someone “you fight like a girl” remember it’s a compliment.
