Chef Jake has been busy preparing some arancini and halloumi fries as a few of you have requested we put sides on the menu, everything is home made of course

Here we have fried halloumi with sourdough panko crumb plated on our hot honey sauce. As well as our arancini made from fried risotto rice with sundried tomato, basil and fior de latte mozzarella, presented on our garlic and herb aioli ๐ŸคŒ

Catch us at .sheffield tomorrow, serving our new sides as well as our pizzas, there might even be a new special ๐Ÿ‘€

Together we have chosen to combine our long standing friendship, love for festivals, music and the creative industry and strong passion for food to bring you Dough It Reyt.

As some may already know, we specialise in hand-stretched, wood-fired pizzas made fresh to order, using locally sourced ingredients and a compact, visually engaging setup that draws a crowd.

Our stall is fully self-contained and festival-ready, with all necessary food hygiene certifications, public liability insurance, and risk assessments in place. We're experienced in trading at outdoor events and can adapt to a variety of pitch sizes and power requirements.

All of our packaging and serving materials are 100% biodegradable or compostableโ€”from our pizza boxes and napkins to our cutlery and carry bags. Weโ€™ve made a conscious commitment to eliminate single-use plastics and reduce waste at every level of our operation.

Jordon is also our head Chef, he has travelled around the world exploring his passion for food and experiencing various cuisines. This is how he provides brilliant insight to our pizzas and contributes creative ideas to the next great thing.

As well as contributing to the local community here in Sheffield for a number of years, Jordon is proud to represent and support the ethnic community.

Jordon has put a lot of effort into our compact yet visually engaging stall set up as well as ensuring we source 100% biodegradable packaging and serving materials.

We think some introductions are in order, this is Jake our Chef with 8 years of experience who has mainly been focused on Italian cuisine. After curating multiple menus of finest dishes he moved the passion towards pizza making as it allows him to combine his love for cooking, being in vibrant atmospheres and socialising with clients directly.

Jake wanted to start his own business where he had creative freedom as well as contributing to the local community, he is dedicated to providing people with fine quality produce and he does that by personally hand selecting and sampling every ingredient that we serve.
