A stunning full-house refurbishment. The project included removing a downstairs wall to create an open-plan kitchen and dining area, a rear extension forming a dedicated bar and social space, and a garage conversion into additional living space. A double-storey side extension added a new garage, along with a master dressing room and en-suite above. The master bedroom now opens onto a private balcony with a hot tub, complemented by a new ground-floor patio. Finished with all-new glazing throughout for a sleek, modern look.

- Flat roof built
- Structural supports removed
- Knock through complete
- First fix joinery, plumbing and electrics complete.

Next steps ... plasterboarding, along with installing wet underfloor heating throughout the ground floor.
