Pool Re, the UK government-backed mutual reinsurer providing terrorism cover to the insurance market, needed to modernise its legacy NetDocuments eDOCS (formerly OpenText) environment and transition corporate data to a new SharePoint-based intranet.
With corporate documents stored across multiple source systems, inconsistent metadata and unfiled content, the migration required careful restructuring, enhanced classification and strict security controls, all delivered with minimal disruption to critical departments.
