Interesting mid week grind replacing this Visseman Vitodens 200 80kw system boiler to provide heating for this pool set up 🔥 🔧

Originally called out after the customer purchased this property back in July for an issue with the pool boiler not working and being completely lifeless. There was also a multitude of plant room issues ☠️

📑 Jamie and the team were able to provide the most cost effective solution for the customer with a ‘like for like’ replacement. That then ment no pipework alterations or new Flueing arrangement was required to keep costs to a minimum.

⚡️ The wiring faults were made as the previous owner opted to bypass controls rather than to replace them. This also included a new Dab evoplus 110/180 commercial circulating pump with some extra air vents on high rise pipework to aid in circulation 💦

All in all the boiler was replaced in one day with minimal disruption and the customer was now left with the dilemma to wait for the pool temperature to rise from 15• to a comfortable temperature or take the plunge. 🥶

👨🏻‍🏭 🔥 Starting out Instagram journey with one of the most satisfying jobs - Brought in to carry out a Tightness Testing & Purge of this 10inch stainless pipework installed to feed these two Byworth steam boilers. - After completing the necessary calculations as per Gas safe regulations the pipework was first pressurised for the initial strength test confirming all joints were sound - 🏭 - Gas was then introduced at the correct flow rate, timed and vented to outside using our vent stack. We then monitored the gas air mixture using our equipment to confirm the pipework had been purged of all air and filled with 100% with natural gas - ⚠️ - Carrying out a successful tightness test and purge is a vital part of the commissioning stage.
