First Grade Projects

This week, we successfully completed the final handover of a three-phase project for a local client.

The first phase involved installing a new main entrance and glazed lobby area, along with updated access control across the entire site. Phases 2 and 3 included the comprehensive refurbishment of the first-floor and ground-floor toilets, with the cubicle systems and IPS designed, manufactured, and installed in-house.

A big thank you to everyone within our supply chain who collaborated with us to deliver this project. We’re incredibly pleased with the outcome and the positive feedback received from the client.

With several exciting new projects across South Wales kicking off in the new year, we’re expanding our supply chain to support our in-house team in delivering a range of high-value projects.

It was great to have two of our team, Darryl and Stefan, attend Procurex Wales this week. As a proud Welsh supplier, it was a valuable opportunity to connect with procurement professionals and explore how we can support positive outcomes for communities across Wales. The event provided insights from industry experts, workshops on emerging technologies, and important updates on the upcoming changes under the Procurement Act 2023.
