I don't get out much these days, so it was quite a thrill to deliver a session on Market Research for Elevator this week. 17 businesses from across Tayside are taking part in its Empower Creative Futures programme. It was great to meet them and to hear about their ambitions at this exciting stage. I hope they were able to take away a few ideas and snippets from the workshop to help them on their way. Well done, and good luck to them all! 🚀⭐️

Given my disillusionment with British politics, attending this event on Thursday night was particularly interesting. I wasn't sure how it was going to go, and although I had to bite my tongue a few times, Rachel Reeves came across well. It was good to see the human side of our Chancellor. After reading this week that the Companies House register has shrunk for the very first time, it's clear we have a lot to do to grow our economy and steady the ship. As Beena Sharma says, we need action. I will continue to live in hope.

We recently launched a new website for Brian Smith Funeral Services in Aberdeenshire. This was the company's first website, and it has already given them a strong presence online, that will support their growth. It was a pleasure working with the team, and we wishing them continued success.
