I am saying goodbye to RISE personal training!

I started this company after spending 7 years in London and then moving back home to Scotland.

I didn’t know if I could make it work or if I would even get any clients.

But the support that was shown to me and the clients that I got to know and love have been the best experience I could hope for 😍

Is this the end?

Absolutely not , there is some huge news just around the corner and although RISE will be no more there is something even better in the pipe line.

I won’t delete this page as I know a few people still go back and use some of the ore recorder workouts , however I will not be posting on here in the future.
