HELLO, IT’S ME (again)! ♥️

I thought it was probably time for a little reintroduction, especially as quite a lot has changed since I first launched Ever The Guest!

I’m Claire, your unofficial wedding guest, biggest hype woman and the person quietly capturing all the blink-and-you’ll-miss-it moments. 🥹

I started this business after having a content creator at my own Las Vegas wedding. Whilst the marriage itself didn’t quite have the happy ending I’d hoped for, Vegas is still very much my happy place! 😁♥️

Life has changed a lot since then, and so has Ever The Guest. What started from my own wedding experience has grown into something that’s completely mine, and I’m SO proud of that.

I’m all about candid, authentic wedding content. The real laughs, the happy tears, the chaos, the ridiculous moments and all the little things happening when nobody thinks the camera is watching.

I’m proudly alternative, inclusive and body positive, and I want you to feel completely comfortable being exactly who you are in front of my camera. Whether you’re planning a traditional wedding, something completely bonkers, or an emo/Hamilton/Disney/country music extravaganza... I’m probably going to LOVE it! 😂

And this year, Ever The Guest has been nominated for the Wedding Industry Awards which is something little old me is still slightly losing my mind over. 🥹

And there’s even more exciting things coming in 2027... 👀 Ever The Guest is growing, which means I’ll be able to capture even more weddings, in even more places, whilst keeping the same candid, personal approach that started it all. 🥰

Let’s just say... 2027 might involve a few more faces behind the cameras. 👀🤭

Whether I make it any further or not, I’m just grateful to be part of it, to have Ever The Guest recognised alongside so many amazing businesses, and to be celebrating what we do as content creators. 🥹♥️

A little life update… ♥️

Some of you have followed Ever The Guest from the very beginning and if you’ve been here a while, you’ll know this little business started after my own Vegas wedding and was inspired by my long-distance relationship. In many ways, my own love story is woven into the beginnings of this business, and I’ll always be grateful for that chapter.

Life, however, doesn’t always follow the path we imagine and recently, my marriage came to an end.

It’s not something I ever expected to share, and certainly not something I ever planned. You may notice me quietly updating a few older posts over the coming weeks, simply because parts of my personal story are no longer current. But Ever The Guest isn’t going anywhere.

Today was my first wedding since everything changed and I wasn’t sure how I’d feel. My own first dance song was even played. But by the end of the day, I realised something..

I still believe in love. ♥️

Over the last year, one of the pieces of feedback I’ve been most proud to receive from couples is that I make them feel comfortable, relaxed and safe enough to be themselves. Knowing that I’ve been able to create that feeling for people reminds me exactly why I started this business in the first place.

Not because of my own wedding. But because I believe every couple deserves to have someone beside them who helps them feel relaxed, seen and completely themselves, whilst capturing the little moments that often go unnoticed.

My own future looks different now. The plans I once had, including moving to the USA, have changed, and I’m still figuring out what this next chapter looks like. One thing I do know is that Ever The Guest still has an exciting future ahead. Being nominated for an award recently reminded me just how much this little business has grown, and I can’t wait to see where this next chapter takes us.

But one thing hasn’t changed - I still absolutely love what I do.
