When it comes to your marketing automation, you should absolutely be progressively profiling your leads.
There is no doubt about it. But, if you’re profiling your leads without any insight into what the behaviours that they’re displaying mean, is it worth your time? ⌚️
Will you end up sending them incorrect information and communication because you don’t have a handle on behaviour? 😫
Or, is behavioural progressive profiling a little too in depth? Will it lead you down a rabbit hole when your time could be better spent elsewhere?
