Consistency is king. If you are prepared to work day in, day out, you'll probably win something.
Sadly, i find that in modern society, fewer and fewer people are able to do this and want a quick win. Something truly amazing has to be worth working for. The win tastes so much more glorious when you work. It builds character, confidence, resilience, and a strong mindset.

Posted • Great too get out racing again at the rescheduled Totnes autumn head. Rather rough conditions and a pair of bent glasses ,but a good day's racing!
