I started of by digitising a short dress block.
Digitising is how you convert a patter pattern to a digital one.
By tracing round the pattern piece with a with control, adding all markings and construction lines.
Once I have selected all point of the pattern. It will appear on the computer screen. Ready for me to tidy up any mistakes allowing me to edit the same pattern on screen.
It’s important to use the correct commands when digitising to save time on the tidying. using to edit my pattern.
