On You t ube I just explained why I stopped positioning around the tactic of lead generation
And why tactical positioning is impossible to protect as anyone can say they do the same thing
In other words, there is zero protection from new entrants and its a race to the bottom
The tactically positioned business usually has no assets that protect it and help it stand out
