MASSIVE WELL DONE TO BETH!
In just 6 weeks Beth has lost a fantastic 7.7kg of body fat. That’s body fat, not overall weight, which is the most important factor here.

🌟MEET JULIE 🌟
Julie has been on our plan now for 13 weeks ! She started week 1 weighing 67.6kg, of which 26.2kg was body fat meaning a body fat percentage of 42.2%.

After 13 weeks Julie has lost 5.3kg of weight. Even more impressive is that she has lost 6.9kg of fat. Meaning that Julie has actually increased her muscle mass by 1.1kg, more muscle means more water volume which has increased 0.5L during her 13 weeks.

As you can see Julie lost a steady amount of body fat every 2weeks. This is not a crash diet, it is an individualised program put together for Julie to get the best results possible whilst maintaining or even building muscle mass.

Julie now weighs 62.3kg, has 19.3kg of bodyfat which means she now sits at 31% body fat. An incredible 11.2% loss.

These are possibly the best results we’ve ever had from a female weighing less than 70kg at the start of her program.

🌟MEET JORDAN 🌟

Jordan has been on our plan now for 10 weeks ! He started week 1 weighing 126.8kg, of which 51.2kg was body fat meaning a body fat percentage of 39.8%.

After 10 weeks Jordan has lost 13.2kg of weight. Even more impressive is that of that 13.2kg, he has lost 12.8kg of fat. Meaning that jordan only lost 0.3kg of muscle & 0.1kg water during his 10 weeks.

As you can see Jordan lost a steady amount of body fat every 2weeks. This is not a crash diet, it is an individualised program put together for jordan to get the best results possible whilst holding onto as much muscle mass as possible.

Jordan now weighs 113.6kg, has 38.4kg of bodyfat which means he now sits at 33.8% body fat.
