LSAD is delighted to have been involved in this self-build, replacement dwelling project. With Planning, and more recently Building Regulation permissions received, we now move on to tendering with a view of making a start on site early this year.

Having provided Concept Design, Planning and Technical stage services, this LSAD project now nears completion, with Best Homes Construction Ltd programmed for hand-over later this year. This bespoke self-build house in Winterbourne Bassett offers light and airy living accommodation, whilst the use of oak framing and complimentary materials blend beautifully within this open countryside setting. Delighted to have Xavier Banks Building Contractors LTD appointed once again on another LSAD project. Concept, planning and technical design stages all signed off and approved, so now looking forward to Xavier and his team breaking ground later this year.
