🏡✨ New affordable homes have arrived in Chelmsford!

Reservoir Close has welcomed its first residents, delivering 24 high-quality affordable homes through a partnership between Delta Housing, Chelmsford City Council and Homes England.

The development includes 12 shared ownership homes and 12 affordable rental properties, helping local families find suitable places to live. 🌱

Designed with energy efficiency in mind, the homes feature solar panels, heat pumps and EV charging points. A special ribbon-cutting event also celebrated the new community. 💚
